Glenn Carey Hypnotherapy (Glenn Carey) is responsible for personal information submitted through this website’s contact form. You can reach me using the contact form.
What information I collect
When you contact me, I receive the name, email address and message that you choose to submit. Please do not include health histories, diagnoses, medication details or other sensitive information in the website form.
Why I use it
I use your information to read and respond to enquiries and, if appropriate, discuss whether and how we might work together. I do not add contact-form enquiries to a marketing mailing list.
Lawful basis
For enquiries about a possible service, I may need to process contact details to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. For other general enquiries, I may rely on a legitimate interest in answering messages sent to the business, where this is appropriate and proportionate. This contact form is not intended to collect special-category health data.
Who handles the information
Enquiries are processed and stored by Netlify Forms, the third-party service used to host this website's contact form. If email notifications are enabled, messages may also pass through my chosen email provider. Netlify may process data outside the UK.
How long it is kept
For initial enquiries that do not lead to sessions, I will keep messages for no longer than six months after our last contact, unless there is a legitimate legal reason to keep them longer. If you become a client, a separate client privacy notice will apply to your treatment records.
Your rights
You can ask me for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may have other rights under UK data protection law. Use the contact form to get in touch about privacy. You can also raise concerns with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
Cookies and tracking
This website does not currently use advertising pixels or optional analytics scripts. Essential technical information may be processed by the hosting provider to operate and protect the website.
